About us
Vallejo was incorporated in the state of New Jersey, USA in the fall of 1965. In the early years he specialized in the manufacture of acrylic colors for cartoons. In 1981, Vallejo developed the Acrylic Studio color range. The aim of this range of colors is to provide artists with an optimal quality range of acrylic colors, with pigments selected depending on their maximum permanence.
In 1986 we presented the first range of acrylic colors for airbrushing. At the beginning of the next decade we formulated the first series of specific colors for fans of Modelling and Decorative Arts.
Our company continues to be family in nature, Amadeo Vallejo oversees the development of new products with the support of our technical department in charge of research and development. We continue to elaborate our colors in small batches with the same philosophy "to improve the qualities of our colors to continue offering all artists products of exceptional quality".
