Changed your mind? No problem.
- Contact us. Start a return request and tell us about your item. We'll provide a return authorisation and detailed instructions.
- Ship it back. Pack your item in its original condition with all tags attached. Use our label or your preferred carrier.
- Get refunded. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Will I have to pay customs charges in the EU?
No. We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). VAT and customs duties are included in your order total, so there are no surprise fees on arrival — even for orders over €150.
What is the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)?
IOSS is an electronic portal for handling VAT on EU imports. What this means for you: we include VAT in all prices and handle customs, so your order ships DDP and you pay nothing extra on arrival.
Is delivery free everywhere?
Standard delivery is free to most of the countries we ship to, but not all of them. Hong Kong is charged by parcel weight, starting at $38.00 HKD. Your exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay — the table above lists every country we ship to.
You'll receive confirmation emails when your order ships. Gift card purchases don't count towards free delivery. We cannot deliver to military addresses in EU countries. Problems? Contact us.
