How to Use & Storage Instructions

Directions of Use:

Soak the skins overnight in cold water.
Change the water to lukewarm water 30 minutes before use.
Slide the tube over your sausage filler or slide the casings off onto the nozzle and fill.
After use, flush the casings with water.

Storage Instructions: If you have unused casings, cover them in salt and store them in an airtight container and refrigerate until next use.
