Will I have to pay customs charges in the EU?

No. We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). VAT and customs duties are included in your order total, so there are no surprise fees on arrival — even for orders over €150.

What is the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)?

IOSS is an electronic portal for handling VAT on EU imports. What this means for you: we include VAT in all prices and handle customs, so your order ships DDP and you pay nothing extra on arrival.

Is delivery free everywhere?

Standard delivery is free to most of the countries we ship to, but not all of them. Hong Kong is charged by parcel weight, starting at $38.00 HKD. Your exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay — the table above lists every country we ship to.

PME Dowel Rods for Baking

Bamboo and Wooden

Bamboo and wooden rods are a great way to support your cakes. Some bakers prefer to use these as they are narrow and can hardly been seen once inserted in to the cake.
