This Master Class non-stick fluted flan tin / quiche pan is made from commercial-grade, heavyweight carbon steel with a durable non-stick finish and loose base – so it’s easier to bake quiches and flans with perfectly formed fluted crusts and gorgeously cooked fillings, every time.

It's versatile size makes it great for smaller savoury quiches and flans, as well as sweeter indulgences like apple and blackberry pies, and custard tarts.
