The cake pan measures 20 cm (8 inches) across, and 7 cm (3 inches) deep. At this size, it’s a good all-rounder – as well as being perfect for sponge and fruit cakes, it’s also fantastic for baking cheesecakes, or individual tiers for a wedding cake.
