This makes it robust enough to withstand all manner of bumps, scrapes and nicks. It’s designed to provide years of professional-quality baking in commercial or home kitchens.
The oven tray measures 39 x 27 cm (15½ x 10½ inches), with a 2 cm (1 inch) depth. These generous proportions make it perfect for baking big batches of fresh bread rolls, biscuits and pastries.
