Quantum II – Next-Level Non-Stick
This square cake pan is coated with a double non-stick layer of Quantum II, which releases cakes quickly and without trouble. And with its loose base, it gets even easier – just push the cake up and out from the base for a clean, undamaged result.
Like the pan itself, Quantum II is reinforced for greater durability, with special ceramic materials embedded in the non-stick layer to enhance performance.
The state-of-the-art coating is designed to outperform all conventional non-sticks, and is made with safe silicone – it's 100 per cent PFOA, BPA and PTFE-free.
