High Performance From Master Class

This pan's commercial-grade carbon steel construction gives it lots of strength and durability. Combined with a versatile fridge / freezer-safe design that makes it fantastic for sweet and savoury creations, it's perfect for busy bakers and creative chefs.

With its heavyweight, 1 mm-thick design, it won’t warp in the oven. And with its rolled edges and electroplating, it resists rust too. This all adds up to years of quality baking.

Quantum II Non-Stick Technology

Coated with a double non-stick layer, this loaf pan makes removing your cakes or terrines easy. Its Quantum II non-stick finish and loose base design means food slides off without the struggle – so you won’t end up with crushed cakes or broken loaves.

Quantum II has been designed to outlast other conventional non-stick coatings, and it's a safe choice to bake with. It uses silicone rather than polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) to provide its non-stick qualities.
