How to Use for the Perfect Brew

Unscrew the bottom chamber and fill with water, ensuring the level does not exceed the safety steam valve. Fill the filter basket with freshly ground coffee. Screw the compartments securely together. Place the assembled stovetop espresso maker over a medium heat on your gas stove. When the water heats up, it will be forced through the grounds. Brewing is complete when you hear a gurgling sound.
