- Choose a high-quality coffee blend suitable for Moka preparation.
- Fill the lower kettle with fresh, low-limescale water up to the bottom of the safety valve (do not exceed this level).
- Fill the filter generously with coffee powder without pressing it down. Form a small mound and avoid spilling coffee powder onto the edges of the kettle.
- Close the espresso maker by screwing the top firmly onto the base.
- Place the Moka Express on the stove. Ensure the flame only covers the bottom surface and does not extend over the sides, allowing coffee to flow out at the optimal speed.
- Once the typical bubbling sound is heard, the coffee is ready; turn off the stove immediately to prevent the coffee from burning and becoming too bitter.
- Enjoy the hot, freshly made coffee, remembering to stir the liquid in the upper chamber before pouring, as the coffee that bubbles out last is less powerful than the first.

Since 1919
Choose a high-quality coffee blend that is suitable for making coffee with the Mocha. Fill the moka kettle with fresh and low-limescale water to the bottom of the valve (not beyond).
Fill the filter generously with coffee without pressing the coffee powder. Form a small poop and avoid overflowing the coffee powder on the edges of the moka kettle. Close the espresso maker by screwing the top firmly onto the moka kettle, and place it on the stove
The flame should not extend over the side of the coffee machine, but only cover the bottom surface so that the coffee flows out at the optimal speed and not too quickly. Once the typical bubbling of the moka is heard, the coffee is ready and the stove can be turned off.
Do not let the coffee cook for too long: This would otherwise burn and become too bitter. Enjoy the hot, freshly made coffee and remember to stir the liquid in the upper chamber: because the coffee that bubbles out at the end is less powerful than the one at the beginning.Product Video
